Why we like it
- Engineered “flower” ribs
Deep, petal-shaped ribs run from the top of the cone to the outlet. They create air channels between the filter and the dripper, stabilize the coffee bed, and help control flow rate and brew time. This encourages even extraction and reduces the risk of stalling. - V60-like clarity with extra sweetness
The cone angle and large central outlet will feel familiar if you’ve brewed with a V60. We find the Flower Dripper offers similar clarity and structure, but leans slightly more toward rounded sweetness and balance—especially nice for both expressive washed coffees and more comfort-leaning profiles. - Versatile and consistent
It handles a wide range of recipes—from simple bloom-and-single-pour brews to more complex multi-pour routines—without becoming finicky. Across coffees and techniques, it tends to produce very repeatable, forgiving results. - Durable Tritan construction
Made from Eastman Tritan™ copolyester, which is highly impact-resistant, heat-resistant, and chemically stable. It maintains its clarity over time instead of clouding the way many plastics do. - BPA-free and food-safe
Tritan does not contain BPA, BPS, or other bisphenols and is designed not to contribute off-flavors, so you taste the coffee, not the dripper. - Size, capacity & suggested doses Cup 4 / Size 02 – ideal for brewing approximately 300–600 ml. We especially like 15 g and higher doses in this size, depending on your recipe and yield.
- Designed and made in Japan
If you’re looking for a durable, larger-capacity cone dripper with a V60-adjacent profile that leans a bit more toward sweetness and stability, this is a very easy piece of gear to build your daily brewing routine around.
