We’re excited to introduce the first coffee in our Gastronomy Collection. This elegant, comforting Caturra was produced by Jamison Savage partner farms in the volcanic highlands of Panama. Its marshmallow-to-toasted-marshmallow sweetness—along with cooked pear, roasted almond, and chocolate—makes it especially well suited to breakfast, pastry, and dessert pairings. As you’d expect, it’s luscious with milk. We love it as a satisfying, complex, versatile daily drinker that is excellent with food or enjoyed on its own.
Five Petal is launching the Gastronomy Collection with a different set of goals:
- Food & milk pairings — Coffees with flavor and texture that work with breakfast and dessert, creating synergies rather than clashes. Unlike most of our coffees (best appreciated on their own), we select and roast these specifically with pairing in mind.
- Comfort & high value — Round, sweet, easy-to-drink coffees for when you’re not in the mood for razor-sharp clarity, intense florals, or punchy acidity.
